Course Prerequisites:
- Completion or current enrolment in a counselling program or current employment is in a helping profession preferred but not required.
Learning Objectives:
- The main goal of this course is to help students successfully use CBT, when appropriate, in their counselling practice.
Requirements:
- Students must complete each section and pass the final exam with a score of 80%.
Method of Student Evaluation:
- Formative assessment will be via checks for understanding that must be passed before progressing to the next section. A final open book quiz will be used as the summative assessment.
